The Mua brothers stole the show with Ajay making his Mitre 10 cup debut and Jeriah playing for New Zealand Schools (more info below). Mitch has announced his signing with the Sydney Thunder for the upcoming Big Bash League season. Alex “The Chief” Pledger and the Breakers came close in their opening game, however, the new look team showed plenty of promise against a strong Cairns side. A special mention to our fearless leader Brooke who turned 45 last Friday.

Mitchell Signs With The Sydney Thunder
Congratulations to Mitchell McClenaghan who has signed with the Sydney Thunder.
Mitch will represent the Thunder in this year’s Big Bash League. The opening game is set for the 19th of December.
Mitch will be back with his Mumbai Indians teammates Shane Watson and Aiden Blizzard.
All games will be shown on Sky Sport and I highly recommend watching, with Mitch’s bowling you know it is going to be very entertaining.
Congratulations and best of luck for the season Mitch!
