It was an exciting week for the WeAreTENZING Mitre 10 Cup boys with many of them locking up semi-final spots (more info below). Alex “The Chief” Pledger was a shot blocking machine as the Breakers got their first win of the season by defeating the Sydney Kings. Jess Quinn and Richie Hardcore passed on their experiences and expert knowledge at the Live Well Festival. It was also great to see many of you getting behind Mental Health Awareness Week. Awesome work team.
Live Well Festival
The Live Well Festival is all about healthy lifestyles, fitness, nutrition, wellbeing & happiness.
Jess was part of an amazing group that spoke about their experiences and mindset and how you can change your mindset to reach your potential.
As for Richie, he ran a lighthearted introductory Thai Boxing and Body Weight movement session. Helping to show how exercise can help you mentally and physically.
Awesome work guys!
Social Media Tips & Tricks
2. If you are wanting to clean up your profile but not lose the content or engagement on a particular post. You can save it to your archives. This will store it on Instagram and keep all the engagement (comments etc.) on it. If you ever want to return it to your profile you can go to your archives and click on the post and choose “show on profile”. Once you do this it will return to its original spot like nothing had ever happened.
3. A simple trick people often don’t know (Sarah) is that you can pause, go back and forward when watching stories. To go back to the previous photo you tap on the left side of the screen, to skip to the next photo tap on the right side of the screen and to pause press and hold your finger on the screen.
