Black Caps and Mumbai Indians cricket star
Mitch has amassed a career many would only dream of. This successful career first began when Mitch shot to fame in 2009 playing for the New Zealand Emerging Players team, when he took 5/36 against the touring England Lions.
From this Mitch went on to play for the Black Caps, where again he shone especially in the shorter forms of the game (One Day and T20). Mitch has claimed various records and awards throughout his international cricket career, these include NZ T20 player of the year and the fastest Black Cap to reach 50 one day wickets.
However, It is since his inclusion the Indian Premier League (IPL) where Mitch’s talents have made him a global star. Since joining the Mumbai Indians in 2015 Mitch has been in the top wicket takers each season. His aggressive fast bowling has made him one of the most feared bowlers in international cricket.
